Summary: Perfect location. Full sun all day. Well stocked and perfect space for spending time with family. Fishing off the dock was enjoyable, tons of fish and turtle watching. Friendly neighbors. Management company was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We’ll visit again.

Summary: Property was absolutely fabulous for my family! Great space, very nicely decorated, SUPER clean. Just the right amount of space for the 8 of us. The house lacked nothing. Bikes, beach gear, grill. Fully stocked kitchen. We had an issue with a blocked toilet. Matt had someone there asap. No issues at all! Will use this property again, no doubt❤ Great trip.

Summary: Clean, well kept property on the intracoastal with a beautiful backyard and view. The property management company is always a quick call or text away with responses within an hour every time whether a minor matter (a few things needed like door handle fell off or TV remote) or more significant (needed pest control like anywhere in Florida). Any issue was handled immediately and didn’t hinder our stay. Plenty of space and good working appliances. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Summary: Another phenomenal 2 wk vacation with great weather. Plenty of room for everyone and space for some of us that had to work remotely. Loved the pool and hot tub and big kitchen for everyone to enjoy! Property Mgmnt were very friendly and periodically checked in to make sure we were happy…we we were all extremely pleased!
